Our production process for figures, illustrations, journal covers, posters, presentation ppt, etc.

STEP 1

Production request

Please contact us via email (jhchoi@zymedia.co.kr)

with a description of the desired outcome.

Also you can attach any related reference materials about your research.

(Reference images, papers, etc.)

STEP 2

Quotation and

order confirmation

Quote and time required, etc.

After informing you, please confirm your order.

We will deliver the contract to you.

50% of the final cost as a down payment

All you have to do is pay in advance.

STEP 3

Production and Feedback

After finalizing the draft

Up to 2 modifications are possible.

Through the feedback and confirmation process

Production is underway.

STEP 4

Final copy delivery 

and payment

Once the final version has been confirmed and payment has been completed,

The final version is provided as a high-resolution file.

(Original work files cannot be provided)

** Once the draft is finalized, final work such as line drawing and coloring begins. (Full revision is not possible after finalizing the draft)

** After finalizing the draft, revisions can be made up to two times, and any subsequent revisions may incur additional costs.

** Basically, the copyright for the work belongs to ZYMEDIA, but copyright coordination is possible through mutual agreement.

** The final work can be posted as a portfolio on the website. (Negotiable on whether to post, timing, etc.)

** The most important steps are ‘storyboard production’, which includes the overall production plan for the video, and converting the 3D work into images.'rendering' This is the step.
** Since the video is produced based on a confirmed storyboard, it may be difficult to add/edit content depending on the progress stage after storyboard confirmation. (Additional costs may apply)
** The rendering stage is3D work is completedThis is the process of converting 3D works into images one by one.
  This is a very time-consuming task, and after this step,Almost impossible to modifydo.
  (Small color corrections, text, sparkling effects, etc. can be modified at the ‘video post-production’ stage.)
